Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP ("K&M"), Chartered Accountants, is a multi-service, multi-location, professional service organization established in the year 1928, with offices or associates in all the major cities in India.

Kalyaniwalla Mistry and Associates was founded in the year 2000 as an entry level firm to fuel further growth in the organization. References to K&M refer to both the firms, their partners and their branches.

K&M is equipped to meet the changing demands of the corporate and non-corporate industrial, commercial and financial businesses with its resources which include more than 400 professionals and highly trained personnel with specialized service capabilities in diverse fields covering a wide spectrum of activities.

With highly trained personnel with specialized service capabilities, we are the advisors and auditors for many large Indian and International organizations.

K&M has developed considerable expertise for reporting on the financial statements of its international clients in accordance with the US GAAP / IFRS. The firm has also been appointed auditors on several occasions for reporting on the financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS and reconciliation thereof with Indian GAAP.
